Unique identifier system which corresponds to a unit of assessment. As an example, in a condominium with 100 privately owned condos, each condo will have their own ID_UEV. The ID_UEV does not always refer to an entire building. -
CIVIQUE_DE:. Beginning of civic number. Ex: if a physical building contains addresses 100 Rue Parc - 110 Rue Parc, the CIVIQUE_DE will be 100.

End of civic number. Ex: if a physical building contains addresses 100 Rue Parc - 110 Rue Parc, the CIVIQUE_FI will be 110. -
NOM_RUE:
Name of the street where the building is located. -
SUITE_DEBU:
Unit number. For example if an address has multiple apartments, the unit number corresponds to the apartment number. -

Land area for the property assessment in square meters. -
SUPERFIC_1:
Gross area corresponding to the sum of the areas of each of the floors of the main building and, if applicable, that of the attic. This information does not apply if the assessment unit includes several main buildings. In the case of a divided co-ownership, it is the gross floor area of the private portion only in square meters. -
NO_ARROND:
Identifier for the borough where the building is located. Refer to the MAMH identifier.
