The idea of this issue is to document the potentially missing values in facilities.

According to:

https://www.matsim.org/files/dtd/facilities_v1.dtd
https://www.matsim.org/files/dtd/facilities_v2.dtd

From what I can see in our code no elements are missing other than attributes. However, I believe this one to be optional and I cannot find examples online on what we should use these for. The Siouxfalls_facilities.xml.gz is the most complete example I could find online.
