Currently when geojson files are being used without a height field we run into problems for matsim export. This generated poorly documented errors that were very hard to diagnose.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
