ba513d7935 First pass at using Config Files - Interface Text 
- Create config file to specify parameters like City Name, Initial Map Position etc.
- Replace all reference on welcome and privacy page with the name of the city
- Changed some hard-coded references to "Colouring London" to generic "Colouring Cities"
- Also corrected out of date URLS

20f99e9103 Redesign interface listing protection 
Per @polly64 checkbox fields were removed and switch was made to using links as both as input method and for providing source.

It is no longer possible to just claim that something is listed/featured, entering data will now be also faster
