Added new attributes in thermal_opening.py and thermal_boundary.py. Modified surface.py and thermal_boundary.py to adapt to dynamic simulation. First version of thermal_demand_dynamic_simulation.py working well (only tested for one room)

In building.py: added property storeys and corrected two bugs. In city_object.py, added property polyhedron. In polyhedron.py added documentation. In test_geometry_factory.py added new unittest test_divide_mesh_by_plane.

def __init__(self, handler, city, base_path=Path(Path.cwd().parent / 'libs/data/physics')):
in physics_factory.py plus the paths in us_base_physics_parameters.py
Something similar should be done for usage_factory.py
